How it works, step by step in 3D

  1. Sign in The user signs in from any device and proves who they are with multi-factor authentication.
  2. Check the device Device management reports whether the device is enrolled and compliant; the access policy weighs both.
  3. Connect If the policy allows it, the session is brokered to the user's virtual desktop.
  4. Work Apps and files stay in the cloud, so a lost laptop does not mean lost data.
